Dispensary Associates are the first people our travelers encounter when they visit our stores. These customer-centric positions are who customers turn to when they have questions about cannabis products or want recommendations. As the face of The Travel Agency, you'll clearly and effectively communicate with customers, ensuring smooth sailing from start to finish.

The ideal dispensary associate brings these attributes and qualifications to the position:

• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be located in, or plan to relocate to, New York, within reliable commuting distance to the dispensary
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• A detail-oriented mindset
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• A positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic
• An understanding of applicable state and local laws
• Must remain compliant with regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry (we will train)
