The Travel Agency is a BIPOC founded company that believes legal cannabis has the power to repair the damage caused by the war on drugs.

We’re a purpose-driven business, with our Downtown Brooklyn and Fifth Avenue stores owned by those who have experienced cannabis-related injustices and our Union Square cannabis dispensary directing over half of the profits to The Doe Fund. The Doe Fund provides transitional and permanent housing, employment and support services to people who have experienced homelessness and incarceration.

We also hire formerly incarcerated and legacy operators with support from our community partners, as well as carry LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and women-owned brands. We strive to elevate entire communities into places of hope and prosperity for years to come.

Whether all of this is making sense to you or none of it is, our in-store budtenders are here to help both beginners and experts alike.
They receive a combination of cannabis classroom and practical training, as well as ongoing weekly education to be able to match you with the right cannabis experience. So if you need a little guidance while getting started or you want to nerd out, think of our budtenders as your highly attuned sherpas, ready to guide you through your cannabis journey.

  • To sign up as a Travel Club member you can do so on this page or in any of our stores. </br> To become a Travel Club Frequent Flyer, both registration and payment can be made in-store only.
  • Your phone number is the source of truth for your points and so if you give us a phony number you could be giving a stranger your points.
  • Frequent Flyers receive 10% off $125+ pre-tax orders, and the transaction must be made in-store at point of sale. You can both make pre-orders online or in-store kiosk orders, but you can only receive 10% off at the in-store point of sale.
  • Points are redeemable in-store at point of sale, with our team member who is checking you out. You can add redeemable items to an online pre-order or your in-store kiosk order, but you can only redeem points when you’re at the point of sale. Please note that this will cover the cost of the redeemed item, though we will charge tax on that item.

  • Any points earned through purchases will take 24 hours to hit your account.

  • Access your web wallet to track points, view rewards, see order history, refer friends, and more. Additionally, each weekly email and text message you receive will have your points displayed, or you can ask a budtender at the point of sale.
  • You can both accrue and redeem points across locations. Have fun.
  • Your points will expire 365 days from the time of your last purchase.
