The Travel Agency is an avant-garde, design-forward cannabis dispensary at 122 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn. With this opening and the opening of our Fifth Avenue location, we become the first cannabis retail brand in the state to build and operate a second — and third — retail location.And after we opened our doors in Brooklyn, we launched our fourth location in SoHo.
Designed by Arsenal New York, the Downtown Brooklyn store promises a visual feast representative of the brand’s fun yet sophisticated approach to cannabis culture. This innovative retail experience has become a permanent fixture after initially opening as a pop-up.
The Downtown Brooklyn location is 1 block away from the Atlantic Avenue terminal by Barclays Center, which is serviced by the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, and W trains. The B41, B45, B63, B65, B67, and B103 buses serve the terminal as well.
Much like The Travel Agency in Union Square, the Downtown Brooklyn location offers the largest product selection of any legal dispensary in New York City. You’ll find a curated selection of premium products, including flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, and infused beverages sourced from New York State’s top cultivators and producers.
Our store boasts a team of the state’s most knowledgeable budtenders, each having undergone an intensive onboarding program consisting of more than 40 hours of training. This reflects the brand’s commitment to elevate and enrich customer experiences.
Uplifting the community
In alignment with our commitment to community and social responsibility, the Downtown Brooklyn store is under the ownership of Conditional Adult Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) licensees who have experienced cannabis-related injustices. The CAURD licensees operate with a community-centric ethos, actively supporting initiatives aimed at breaking cycles of poverty, homelessness, and recidivism that resulted from the destructive impacts of the failed War on Drugs. This underscores The Travel Agency’s unwavering commitment to fostering positive change within the neighborhoods it serves.
