Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date with receipt. The full price paid for the product plus tax will be refunded in cash.
Returns/exchanges are permitted for defective items, those advertised incorrectly on the menu, and the quality of product. The product does not need to be in unopened or in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or an exchange.
Customers making an exchange may exchange for an equivalent product as determined by The Travel Agency. If a product being exchanged is out of stock or discontinued, customers may receive a cash refund instead of a replacement product. The customer will receive the price difference in cash if the replacement product is less than the product being exchanged.
